Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the fishing guide services offered by Yvon Zill, professional fishing guide.
Article 2 - Services Offered
Services include:
- Half-day (4h): €150/single person, €120/person for two
- Full day (8h): €250/single person, €190/person for two
- Hemingway Rio Irati (8-9h): €310/single person, €220/person for two (May-June only)
- E-Guide (PDF): €45
Fishing equipment can be provided upon request.
Article 3 - Booking
Bookings can be made by phone, email or via the website contact form. The booking becomes final after confirmation by the guide and payment of a 30% deposit of the total service amount.
The balance is payable on the day of the service, in cash or by bank transfer.
Article 4 - Cancellation
Cancellation by the Client
- More than 7 days before: full refund of deposit
- Between 7 and 3 days before: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 3 days before: deposit is retained
Cancellation by the Guide
In case of unfavorable weather conditions or unsuitable water levels, the guide reserves the right to cancel or postpone the outing. In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a later date, at the client's choice.
Article 5 - Trip Details
The number of participants is limited to 2 people maximum per outing. Outings take place from March to September, depending on weather conditions and water levels.
The client must have a valid fishing license for the relevant department. For trips to Rio Irati (Spain), the guide provides the necessary permits.
Article 6 - Liability
Yvon Zill is covered by professional liability insurance with MMA (n° 148.570.016). The client remains responsible for their personal belongings and must follow the safety instructions given by the guide.
Fishing involves risks inherent to outdoor activities. The client declares to be in good physical condition and to have no contraindication to practicing this activity.
Article 7 - Image Rights
The client authorizes the guide to use photographs taken during the outing for communication purposes (website, social networks), unless expressly stated otherwise by the client.
Article 8 - Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
