The life experience of a sailor
Before becoming a state-certified professional fishing instructor-guide, Yvon worked for 27 years as a senior petty officer in the French Navy.
His extraordinary experience is forged by traveling on warships around the world and especially in the Pacific (New Caledonia, Tahiti, Australia...).
Responsible for the fisheries monitoring service, his knowledge of illegal fishing issues and his great enthusiasm will earn him numerous distinctions.
